A tour by sea of the coast of Lipari and Salina will be carried out, to be able to admire the beauty of the island including the small village of Malfa, the arch of Perciato and the beach of Pollara. Continuing with the navigation, you can admire the small village of Acquacalda while the island of Salina will begin to appear on the horizon, the second largest island of the Aeolian archipelago. Considered the "garden of the Aeolian Islands", as it is the most fertile island of the archipelago, Salina is known above all thanks to its Malvasia and the famous "Salina capers", exported all over the world. From the sea it will be possible to admire Capo Faro, the small tower and the perpendicular rock walls, characterized by various stratifications testifying to the various geological stages. Continuing, we will meet the small village of Malfa and the Perciato, a particular natural arch of lava rock on the sea. Later we will see the beautiful beach of Pollara, the place where the film "Il Postino" was shot, with Massimo Troisi and where it is possible to admire the house where the shooting was made. The next stop will be Rinella and then Lingua, a small fishing village where the salty lake is located, from which salt was extracted in the past, which gives the island its name. We will reach Santa Marina, where we will stop for about 2 hours to allow the autonomous exploration of the island. Santa Marina represents the most lively point of the whole island, full of shops for your shopping and characteristic places where you can taste the island specialties, such as "pane cunzatu", granitas and the aforementioned malvasia. During your stay on the island, it is advisable to visit the eighteenth-century church of Santa Marina which overlooks the square of the port, characteristic for its bell towers and recently renovated majolica flooring and the historic center of Santa Marina and its characteristic alleys. In the afternoon we will leave for a tour by sea of the coast of Lipari, to admire the cave of the Angels, the Faraglioni, two rock giants that emerge from the sea and act as "guardians" to the island and, finally, the Grotticelle area. .
