Overview

Embark on an unforgettable adventure to discover the Santa Margherita Bay and the Monte Cofano Reserve. This excursion will take you through wild landscapes full of wonder.

2.15 pm – Departure from Circolo Nautico la Traina in San Vito Lo Capo. The first stop of the tour will take you to a wonderful stretch of water in front of Cala Mancina, a rocky inlet, and then to the small Isulidda beach.

We then continue on to the Bue Marino cove, voted the most beautiful cove in Italy in 2015. Admire the unspoilt and wild nature of this stretch of jagged coastline. Next, the boat will stop in front of the Santa Margherita bay for a dip and a refreshing swim. Here, the seabed is characterised by fine white sand, and you will feel as if you are immersed in a natural swimming pool.

Continuing in the direction of Monte Cofano, admire the many coves nestled between the cliffs of Macari: Scaru Brucia, ‘A Chianca, Scaru Zu Asparu and Calazza. Once at the foot of the mountain, you can dive into the beautiful waters of the Agliareddi beach.

The last stop on our tour of the Santa Margherita bay and the Monte Cofano Reserve will take you to the Torre Tono beach, from which you can admire the Tonnara del Cofano. Here you can relax while sipping a drink and savouring the typical ‘pane cunzato’, a Sicilian speciality. Enjoy this aperitif offered on board with local products before returning to the port of San Vito Lo Capo.

Return is expected around 6.45 pm.
