Vulcano Beach (from Vulcano)

14:00 departure from the port of Vulcano to make the tour by sea of ​​the island (show up for boarding at least 20 minutes before departure).
The tour of the island will start along Vulcanello, a small promontory connected to the island of Vulcano via an isthmus following a 16th century eruption.
Vulcanello offers an excellent panoramic point over the entire Aeolian archipelago, but its real peculiarity lies in the "Valley of the Monsters", characterized by the presence of "particular figures" created by lava.
Subsequently the navigation will proceed to the Faraglioni, the Grotta degli Angeli and the Grotta del Cavallo. You can also admire the bay of the Black Sands, a beach of very black volcanic sand, the most renowned on the island and the Gran Cratere della Fossa.
Later you can admire the Pool of Venus, a magical place surrounded by the legend according to which the goddess Venus dived into these waters to find lost virginity.
The navigation will continue towards Gelso, a small, sparsely populated village characterized by unspoiled nature.
During navigation, at the discretion of the captain and weather and sea conditions permitting, it will be possible to make stops to dive from the boat.
The tour will end with the return to the port of Vulcano.
