Shuttle Service from Brolo to Catania Airport

The shared transfer service is operated using shuttle buses, minibuses, private coaches, or minivans, depending on the number of passengers and availability.

The meeting point in Brolo is in front of the “Lo Svincolo” bar. Detailed instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Estimated travel time under normal road conditions is approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is the busiest airport in Sicily. During the summer season, demand is particularly high, so we recommend booking well in advance to secure your spot on the transfer.

Upon arrival at the meeting point, the driver will assist with loading your luggage onto the transfer vehicle. Once all passengers are on board and seated, the driver will depart at the scheduled time.
Important: Passengers must arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will not be admitted on board and no refunds will be issued.

How to Book Your Airport Transfer

Reservations must be made through Clarissa Viaggi at least 48 hours prior to departure. When booking, please provide the following information: full name, date and time of service, flight details, number of passengers, a valid phone number.

Once your booking is confirmed, payment must be completed via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or Postepay reload. Please send proof of payment to Clarissa Viaggi by email and wait for final confirmation.
Note: Always use the same email address for all correspondence.

Keep your phone switched on immediately after disembarking.

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations must be sent via email at least 3 days before the service date.
• Cancellations received within this timeframe are eligible for a 70% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are non-refundable.
• In case of late arrival at the meeting point for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
• The shuttle cannot wait beyond the scheduled departure time.

• Estimated travel time: approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes under regular traffic conditions.
• Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will forfeit the service and will not be eligible for a refund.
• Any changes requested after payment will incur a surcharge of €10.00 per person, to be paid before boarding by contacting the agency.
• Advance booking is mandatory at least two days before departure.
• If only one passenger is booked on the transfer, a €25 surcharge will apply, payable directly to the driver.
