This shared transfer service is operated using shuttles, minibuses, private coaches, or minivans.

The drop-off point in Brolo is located in front of the “Lo Svincolo” bar. Further details will be provided after booking confirmation.

Estimated travel time under normal traffic conditions is approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is the busiest airport in Sicily. During the summer season, it experiences a high volume of travelers. We strongly recommend booking well in advance to secure your spot on the transfer.

Upon arrival at the meeting point, the driver will assist passengers with loading their luggage into the designated vehicle. Once all passengers have boarded and taken their assigned seats, the driver will depart at the scheduled time.
Passengers who are not present at least 30 minutes before departure will not be allowed to board and will not be entitled to a refund.

How to Book Your Airport Transfer

Bookings must be submitted to Clarissa Viaggi at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Please include the following information in your request: full nam, date and time of the transfer, number of passengers, flight details, a valid phone number.

Once your booking request has been accepted, payment must be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or Postepay top-up. A copy of the payment confirmation must be sent by email to Clarissa Viaggi. Final confirmation of the service will follow.
Important: Always use the same email address for all communications.

Keep your mobile phone switched on as soon as you land.

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations must be made via email at least 3 days prior to the scheduled service.
  If notified within this timeframe, passengers are entitled to a 70% refund.
  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance.
• In case of delays in reaching the meeting point—regardless of the reason—no refund will be granted.
• IMPORTANT: THE SHUTTLE CANNOT WAIT BEYOND THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME.

• Estimated travel time: approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes under normal traffic conditions
• Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure.
  Arriving late will result in loss of your booking, and no refund will be issued.
• Any changes requested after payment will incur an additional fee of €10 per person. This must be paid before boarding, by contacting the agency directly.
• Advance booking is mandatory at least 48 hours before the service.
• If only one passenger is booked on a route, they will be required to pay a €25 supplement directly to the driver.
