Lipari

Lipari is the largest island in the Aeolian archipelago. The nerve center of Aeolian tourism, it is the basis for the many excursions that allow you to reach your six sisters.
The island offers unique beaches, but also culture and fun. Known for its sixteenth-century castle, it is also home to the Archaeological Museum and the Cathedral of San Bartolomeo, protector of the Aeolian Islands. In Lipari it is also possible to visit Canneto beach and Spiaggia Bianca, former seat of a disused pumice quarry, now an example of industrial archeology.
